LTS, a Saudi-based IoT provider, engaged Descifer to overhaul its digital presence and reposition itself as the leading plug-and-play IoT partner for SMEs in the Kingdom. The existing site lacked clarity, hierarchy, and conversion performance, with limited brand resonance despite LTS’s technical depth. The goal was to deliver a modern, localized, and strategically optimized digital platform that aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and effectively communicated LTS’s IoT-as-a-Service value proposition. I led the project’s UX/UI scope, including strategy, content architecture, and UI design across 40+ screens in Figma, ensuring responsiveness and development readiness. I also directed the visual identity refresh, guiding 3D asset creation, iconography, and motion logic to clarify complex technical concepts.
